PURCHASES AND RETURNS

1. Choose the model you want: Enter any of our collections by clicking on the “Store” and choose the model you want to buy.

2. Select the correct size: Make sure it is the correct size using our measurement table that you can see on the right side of the image of each product.

3. Add your order: to “Add to cart”, when you are ready to buy please select “View cart”.

4. Verify your order and then click on, “Complete purchase”

5. Register your shipping address and fill in your personal details. (For security reasons, the shipping and billing addresses must be the same so that your order can be dispatched).

6. Choose your Payment and Shipping Method.

7. Verify that the order is correct, the model, quantity, size and color (the type of color applies to some products) before confirming the purchase.

8. Finalize your order and buy.

9. Wait for the successful payment confirmation to your email so that the shipment of your order can be processed.

In the event that you have received a wrong delivery, that is to say that the product that you received does not match the one you bought, you must follow the following steps so that you can receive the product you ordered:

Make the wrong delivery request in less than 3 business days after receiving the product, by contacting customer service at the email address: ventas@fajassilene.com
Wait for the customer service call to coordinate the collection of the product at the address you indicate.
The product must be unused, clean, with labels and tags, in perfect condition (original packaging) and properly packaged. Use the same packaging in which you received the order or a different one that protects the product during the transport process.
Once the product has been collected, if it meets the aforementioned conditions, you will receive your correct order within the period reported.
In the event that your product is not available, we will contact you to refund the money equivalent to the product purchased.
The person who placed the order will always be asked and if it is not found, it will be left at the corresponding address. Products or orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer, not necessarily to the person who placed the order.

In case you have placed an order and you do not feel safe or satisfied with your purchase, we ask you to contact our team as soon as possible through the following email contacto@fajassilene.com so that the cancellation of your order.

ABOUT THE PRODUCT

Our garments are made with the highest quality parameters, made to be durable without losing their characteristics and quality, at the time of washing it is suggested to follow the following instructions:

  • Wash the garment by hand.
  • Use mild soap with Neutral pH, these soaps do not irritate your skin and therefore will not damage the garment.
  • In a container add warm soapy water until you get soapy water that will be perfect for cleaning your garment without the need to squeeze.
  • Do not use any type of bleach or derivative, as they are very strong cleaning agents and will damage the fabric, causing it to lose elasticity or firmness.
  • Please allow the garment to dry in the shade.
  • The garment must not be ironed.

We invite you to follow the following steps:

Step 1: Take your waist measurement: Use the tape to go around your waist (as you would a belt) at your natural waistline, above your belly button and below your ribs.

Step 2: Take the hip measurement: Start at one side of your hip and wrap the tape measure around your back, circling the other side, and back to where you started. Make sure the ribbon covers the widest part of your tail.

Step 3: Please check our size chart using the above data, if you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one.

Note: You can also check your measurement using your height and weight, however we recommend for greater accuracy not to stop taking your waist measurement, because it is the most important measurement.
